This guided group coaching program provides a supportive environment to learn practical strategies for responding thoughtfully, managing emotional triggers, and maintaining clarity during difficult interactions

Coaching with Group Support:

8 weekly group sessions - 60 minutes each

Small groups (6–8 participants) designed to provide guidance, perspective, and support during a difficult transition.

Participants ask questions, gain insight from others navigating similar situations, and learn practical tools that support thoughtful decision-making and long-term stability. Many participants find that learning alongside others facing similar challenges brings both clarity and reassurance.

Investment: $399 per participant — approximately the cost of one hour with a family attorney.
