What services do you offer?
1
In addition to private coaching, I also offer group coaching programs and support groups. These sessions provide an opportunity to learn strategies, share experiences, and receive guidance in a supportive environment while navigating high-conflict relationships, divorce, and co-parenting challenges.
How do I know if Divorce Coaching is right for me?
2
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Many clients come to coaching feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or unsure about what steps to take next. Divorce coaching provides a space to talk through your situation, gain clarity, and develop a more thoughtful approach moving forward.
What makes you different?

The legal process alone can be confusing and overwhelming. Many people find themselves trying to make important decisions while managing intense emotions, conflict, and uncertainty about the future. During one of the most difficult periods of their lives, having steady guidance can make all the difference.
My role is to provide a confidential space where you can think clearly, organize your approach, and navigate difficult moments with greater clarity and composure. I am a Certified Divorce Coach (CDC®) and a Certified Caring Co-Parent Coach, with accredited training in divorce and co-parenting support.
What if I’m not sure whether I want a divorce?
4
You do not need to have already decided on divorce to benefit from coaching. In fact, many people find coaching most helpful when they are still trying to understand their options. Coaching provides a space to step back from the emotional intensity and clarify what direction may be healthiest for you and your family.
Is everything we discuss confidential?

What if my situation is very HIGH-Conflict?
Yes. Your situation and the information you share are treated with respect, discretion, and professional confidentiality. Divorce coaching is not a legal or therapeutic service, but I maintain professional standards to protect the privacy of my clients and their information.
Many people seek divorce coaching because they are dealing with high-conflict situations. Coaching can help bring clarity, structure, and steadiness when emotions and tensions are high.
However, some situations may involve safety concerns or dynamics that require additional professional support. If that is the case, I will help guide you toward the appropriate resources or professionals so that you receive the support that best meets your needs.
